All sales at Resin Reflections are final. Due to the handmade nature of our resin jewelry, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Each piece is carefully crafted by hand and may have slight variations in color, shape, or finish — this is part of the unique, artisanal character of handmade resin jewelry and is not considered a defect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at lindaridley60@yahoo.com with a photo of the issue. We will make it right.
